MicroBleed® Valves. The Most Versatile Hydraulic Valve.
MicroBleed valves are designed to allow safe and easy engagement of the HECM or PressureChek™ assembly under full system pressure.
MicroBleed's internal mechanism is protected by a tough dust cap, fastened by a heavy-duty chain. The caps are color-coded — red for potential stored energy zones; blue for energy discharge zones — and have backup letter identification. Under the dust cap MicroBleed valves have an integral 3/8" hex nut for easy top-down installation.
All MicroBleed valves have an internal 60 micron MicroFilter to protect the internal components from potential contamination harm. In the unlikely event that the MicroFilter reaches capcity, it will automatically bypass the oil.
MicroBleed valves come with either a standard 7/16 SAE female thread or a connector listed below to connect to your thread configuration. This reduces inventory, administration, shelf space and associated inventory costs.
Warning: MicroBleed valves are non-repairable. Any attempt to disassemble a MicroBleed valve will render it unsafe for service.
