Hydraulic Energy Control Module. Safely and Easily Monitor Stored Energy.

The patented Hydraulic Energy Control Module (HECM) features a hand-knob operated, direct MicroBleed® valve (red), two stored energy discharge MicroBleed Valves (blue) and a Bourdon tube pressure gauge. The HECM has a tough, oil-resistant housing to protect the pressure gauge and internal parts as well as make it comfortable to handle. It also features a large, build-in hook for convenient placement when making connections. The hook folds away when not in-use.

The HECM is simple-to-use: simply screw the entire unit into the appropriate MicroBleed valve and the pressure gauge will immediately indicate if there is stored energy in the system. To de-energize the system, simply connect a MicroBleed hose assembly to a stored energy discharge MicroBleed valve (blue) on the HECM and connect the other end to any blue MicroBleed valve in the system.

We recommend that the HECM be calibrated annually or if it has been dropped or mishandled.
