Safely Check Pressure "On-the-fly!": Safe-T-Bleed®'s PressureChek assembly allows simple and safe, on-the-spot pressure checks under full system pressure, anywhere there is a MicroBleed® valve in the circuit. This eliminates the need for any additional connectors for checking pressure.
Current pressure check practices and associated hazards - To check pressure in a hydraulic system, it is necessary to "break" into a transmission line to install a pressure gauge. This is dangerous because it is usually impossible to determine if there is pressure in the system.
Using Safe-T-Bleed® to safely check pressure in a hydraulic system - Since the Safe-T-Bleed® MicroBleed® valves are already in place, it made sense for Safe-T-Bleed® designers to make a compact, user-friendly, PressureChek assembly which can be used to check pressure anywhere in a system a MicroBleed® valve is located. Connection can be made while the system is under pressure. For added convenience, the pressure gauge is capable of rotating 180º.
Advantages of using Safe-T-Bleed® -
Check pressure anywhere in the hydraulic system where a MicroBleed® valve is located.
Eliminate hazards associated with loosening connectors.
