Safe Air-Bleed

Safe-T-Bleed's unique closed-loop AirBleed™ system allows you to safely and effectively remove air from cylinders, air bleed pumps and load-sense lines without having to open the system to atmosphere. AirBleed protects people and the environment.

Safe Machine Adjustment

Sometimes a person may be forced to enter a pinch-point while the power unit is operating to manually move a hydraulic cylinder to dislodge a forced object or make an adjustment. Safe-T-Bleed allows you to manually move a hydraulic cylinder with the power unit locked out, and protect your team from pinch-point hazards.

Safely Lower Loads

A suspended load presents a considerable problem if a holding valve malfunctions, or the prime mover is disabled. More importantly, it presents an extreme safety hazard if trial-and-error methods are used to remove the oil from a cylinder and lower the load. Safe-T-Bleed allows you to safely lower suspended loads without exhausting oil to atmosphere.

Safely Check Pressure On-The-Fly

Safe-T-Bleed's PressureChek™ assembly allows safe and simple, on-the-fly pressure checks under full system pressure anywhere a MicroBleed® Valve is located.

Environmentally Friendly

An estimated 200 million gallons of hydraulic oil are wasted each year in the U.S. Hydraulic systems with Safe-T-Bleed never exhaust oil to atmostphere while de-energizing, air-bleeding or pressure monitoring.
